The book Furry Caterpillars by Kelley M. Likes is a fictional book about different types of eyebrows. Everyone has different brows, and from the book, it seems like kids find eyebrows interesting. Big or small eyebrows—all of these are referred to as furry caterpillars in the book. The story is a children’s book, and the story-telling setting that I would recommend is for parents to read it to their children in different voices and show the images to the children. The writing style is very intriguing and simple, so young ones can understand and relate to it. The images chosen are also very interesting and will keep kids interested till the end of the story. The format of the story can achieve different things, like teaching kids how to speak, identifying different parts of the body, and counting, like where it’s written, you have two hands and ten toes. It’ll be really helpful for children. I like the book and would easily imagine children loving it. I believe the goal of the book is to help children learn how to read, speak, count, and understand different parts of the body. The book is easy to understand, especially if it is acted out and read by an adult to a child. It has amazing images and activities for children at the end of the book.
